• Execution Policy.

When opening an account with us, you will be offered two types of account executives, (Automated and Manual) by choosing either our automated or manual trading account trading, it means you have consented and agreed as well as authorized our software’s to open market positions on your behalf, including making market decision and analysis. Please bear in mind that our platform and trading algorithm are software’s, connected to the internet and it can execute certain commands upon request and there could be a risk of software failures, by selecting these services, you have agreed to be responsible in an event such situation occurs.

• Margin Maintenance and retention policy.

• 1. The high degree of leverage can work against a client position and can also work in favor of a client position, therefore, to maintain a marginal risk and enforcement of negative balance protection, all accounts under our automated trading shall be subject to a maximum of 1:100 leverage and a Maximum stop out of 70%. By accepting these terms and the conditions, your Margin Maintenance and retention policy required that you shall at all times agreed to maintain a minimum of 30% of your trading capital as your security margin. In the event a client decided to withdraw the security margin, this process will take a minimum of 6 months, this shall mean a total closure of the account.

• Commission and compensation policy.

• 1. As s client, operating a trading account with us, you shall be subject to a commission charge, these include swap, spread charges, IB commission, Agent commission, deposit, and withdrawal commission, or any applicable commission that might be introduced in the nearest future, these commission are part of the revenue-generating structure of the company. Commission charges can affect your trading capital and profit.
